Thank you for visiting the Plaza Café web site. This is a special page created to discuss our handling of luncheons and/or memorial dinners following funeral services.

We are located at 61 Hill Street, which is especially convenient to Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary RC Church, although we also easily reached from any of the other houses of worship within Southampton Village. Our dining room can accommodate up to sixty guests with ample parking in the lot adjacent to our building. There are no stairs and the dining room, as well both rest rooms, are wheelchair accessable.

The Plaza Café is a critically acclaimed restaurant , having earned three stars from both the New York Times and Newsday. The staff is extremely professional and the decor has been described as having a "quiet elegance". Tasteful, fresh floral arrangements, appropriate to the current season are brought in each day but if desired, custom florals can be created as long as we have adequate time to make the arrangements. Along those lines, we regularly supply customized menus, imprinted with the name of the person being honored. There is no additional charge for creating the menu, but we must have at least a day's advance notice to have it done.

Although we are best known as a fine dining, seafood restaurant, we offer a wide variety of menu items and the selections can be tailored to fit the tastes of the client. We also carry a large selection of wines with a special emphasis on fine American vintages.
